Happy Sabbath

“Being Ready for Whatever”

Happy Sabbath to all my dear brothers and sisters in Christ in all over the world. Whether you are at church, home, nature or any place, our hearts are bind together as we come to our Lord in Prayer.

I miss my church families A Lot. I'm not sure they have time to think of me. I can imagine at this hour they're busy at getting ready for Praising God. Singing together in unison at church is so wonderful. I can just imagine the Praises that ascend to heaven, to God who is at His throne and He loves our praises. Even Now, dear Lord, as we pray, God take our hearts and minds far away and He draws us closer to Him. Oh yes, I can remember from my experiences of attending church early in the morning. I know who would be the early birds at church and who were those who were late comers.

In year 2013, I had my last worship on 13th Sabbath in the second quarter June. I knew it well from that 13th sabbath school, it was my last chance of attending church. I didn't know that it would happen again. Back in year 2008, I was attending DUMC worship at 5pm on Saturday and my daughter would attend the children's church at 2:30pm. She disliked the worship celebration at the adult worship hall. She was crying to get back to her church. Because of her request, I went back to the Adventist church. I didn't know that it would happen again that I would stop attending church in year 2013.

From the vision and mission that I received, I decided to stay committed to Christ and seek ways to witness and teach my daughter to worship God. As I searched for materials to worship at Adventist Mission, I saw the Simple Church logo, reaching the mission field that lives where you live. I started Simple Church and informed at https://www.facebook.com/groups/SimpleChurchAtHome/permalink/10151792410057477/

My younger sister Sophia was baptized last year in 2014. She requested me to give her a gift, "footprint" which I gave her some years ago. But she said she lost it and she hopes to have it again. It would take time to find a footprint pewter. I decided to give her my footprint key chain today since today in the evening, our family is going to meet up in a restaurant of my choice at Bandar Puteri Puchong for our father's birthday. I hope my other family members will receive Christ. What I need to do is to stay on the Promises of God.

Thank you for all the prayers. My life journey is tough but full of blessings. I determine like the author of Being Ready for Whatever to accept Whatever situations that I am in and pray that God helps me to Be Ready. Now, I must get myself prepare to meet the King of the universe. I always kneel down in front of my balcony and when I finished my worship, I look at the Sky to receive an assurance that God is with me, His Grace is sufficient for me. Amen.
